Jean-Denis DeschênesFinancial Analyst
Jean-Denis has been advising, structuring, and accompanying local entrepreneurs in their business projects as a Financial Analyst for the SADC for over 20 years. His unique expertise of the economic and business environment, as well as the quality of his personalized service have allowed him to contribute to the success of hundreds of SMEs over the last two decades through finance management resulting in tens of millions of dollars invested by the SADC in the region.
Antonin BalmaBusiness Advisor
Holder of a BBA degree in Finance from Université de Sherbrooke, Antonin is presently in the thesis-writing phase of his MBA. With a strong background in business services from working with Mouvement Desjardins, Antonin is aiming to make a difference for our SMEs. He works in close collaboration with entrepreneurs to provide them with the right tools and advice. Originally from Burkina Faso, Antonin has a unique determination that effectively positions him to understand the challenges often faced in entrepreneurship.

Daughter of well-known and successful business owners in the region, Louise was introduced to SMEs at a young age. She was the owner of a specialized retail business for many years before dedicating herself to a private accounting practice. Being customer service oriented, Louise carefully monitors financing and accounting files while providing the highest quality administrative support to the team.
Roselyne ClémentEconomic and Commercial Development Officer
Holder of a Graduate Diploma in Community Economic Development from Concordia University, Roselyne possesses an in-depth knowledge of the specific challenges affecting rural regions, regional marketing, and the development of SMEs in rural areas. Part of the SADC team since 2009, she coordinates and participates in several local economic development projects, namely village revitalization, community consultations, and business analysis while helping entrepreneurs carry out feasibility studies and implement sustainable development initiatives.

A public relations expert, Marie-France boasts over 15 years of experience in the field of communications. She held various television production and content writing positions in Montreal for newspapers and national magazines before managing press relations and the image of major consumer brands such as L’Oréal, Reitmans, and T-Fal. As a communications consultant with the SADC, Marie-France offers her vast experience to the benefit of SMEs and local organizations by optimizing their visibility.
Alexandre DionDigital Communications Officer
Alexandre has nearly 20 years of experience in various digital communications sectors including multimedia design, computer graphics, Web application development, and social media. After working 10 years with Groupe TVA in Montreal and always being on the lookout for the latest technological innovations, Alexandre chose to join the ranks of the SADC where he assists SMEs and local organizations in creating customized and efficient digital solutions to propel their growth.
